We also have personal knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula and each accomodation we book. We're right here in Monterey. All of the properties that we recommend are personally inspected by our staff. If we receive two complaints about a property, we stop booking them until the problem has been fixed. This way we can feel confident in our recommendations to you. After you have stayed in a room we have booked for you, we would value your comments.

The faster, more personal and informative way is still through the telephone. It has been our experience that through email it most often takes too long to get an online reservation made. We offer you a number of options and no matter how much information is included in either your email to us or our response to you, there are still questions. Between all these emails time is lost and too often, so is the room. If our hours do not correspond to yours, just leave us a detailed message of what you are looking for and a number where we can reach you during daytime hours. We will call anywhere in the world.
